How to delete your data from ArtOS.

This page explains how to delete the data ArtOS — Frimann Media ("ArtOS") holds about you, including data obtained when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

What we store

Option 1 — Disconnect a platform (immediate)

In ArtOS, go to Accounts and click Disconnect on the platform you want to remove. This immediately deletes the stored access token and account identifiers for that platform.

Option 2 — Delete your account

Email andersfrimannsen@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will remove your data from the ArtOS system — your account, connected-account access tokens, connection records, and operational logs — except where we are required to retain certain records by law. We aim to complete this within 30 days and will confirm by email.

Your content stays yours. Deleting your ArtOS account does not remove content you already published to your own social accounts — those posts and their media belong to you and remain on your platforms; you can edit or remove them there directly. If you'd also like us to delete media you uploaded to ArtOS, just say so in your email and we'll remove it too.

Option 3 — Revoke access from Facebook / Instagram

You can also remove ArtOS's access from the platform side:

Revoking on the platform side stops future access; to also delete what we already stored, use Option 1 or 2 above.
